• Responsible for finding, hunting, searching, interviewing, recruiting for all vacancies of the cpmpany • Take care for position descriptions, job posting, advertising, and applicant communication • Initiates contact with potential candidates to conduct initial screening and schedule interviews accordingly. • Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position. • Establish and build relationships with other recruitment channels to expand the candidate resources. • Constantly expanding and reinforcing the candidate resources. • Organize events, recruiting conference programs, and career fair according to the department’s plans. • Dealing with candidates about the salary and benefit based on company policy • Coordinates and makes necessary travel arrangements for candidates who are interviewing or relocating as required. • Prepares offer letters of employment for prospective candidates utilizing the Compensation Guidelines.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Good communication in English (Speaking & listening) • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and training. • At least 1 years experience recruiting role, preferred in hospitality industry • Interpersonal skill • Ability to work under high pressure • Good presentation, negotiation and problem solving skills • Ability to use discretion when handling sensitive and confidential issues required • Good communication skills and ability to expand relationships.
