To be responsible for all matters concerning Food and Beverage operating equipment e.g. cleanliness, hygiene, control and maintenance and manage a large stewarding team.

Yêu cầu công việc

·    Knowledgeable about food handling, sanitation standards and controls, cleaning supplies, purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment as well as governmental regulations and safety standards

·         Understanding of use and maintenance of kitchen dish room equipment.

·         Understanding of Restaurant, Bar/Lounge, Room Service and Catering operational procedures

·         Good communication skills (verbal and writing) in both English and Vietnamese

·         Good computer skills

·         Effective team management and leadership skills

·         Relevant college or bachelor’s degree preferred

·         Culinary education preferred

·         Certifications as required to comply with local government codes

·         2 year experience at that same position at four - five star hotels.
