1. Job Summary
The HR Supervisor supports the HR Manager in all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and Compensation & Benefits (C&B). The role ensures smooth day-to-day HR activities and compliance with company policies and labor regulations, while maintaining effective communication with both local employees and expatriates.

2. Key Responsibilities
2.1 General HR Operations
• Assist the HR Manager in overseeing daily HR operations.
• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
2.2 Recruitment & Onboarding
• Coordinate recruitment activities: job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
• Liaise with department heads to fulfill staffing needs in a timely manner.
2.3 Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
• Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Assist in salary review, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all C&B data.
2.4 Employee Relations
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Support handling of disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Promote a positive and professional working environment.
2.5 Training & Development
• Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
• Support performance appraisal processes and follow up on development plans.
2.6 Compliance & Administration
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports as required by management.
• Support audits and inspections related to HR matters.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Supervisor position (preferably in hospitality industry).
• Solid knowledge of HR practices, especially Compensation & Benefits (C&B).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good command of English, able to communicate effectively with expatriates.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
