Mô tả công việc

• Prepare timesheet and payroll

• Implement Social Insurance Policies, others policies according to law’s requirement 

• Implement recruitment works if requested 

• Update and follow up employee database 

• Other HR works if required by GD.

• Translate documents (Vietnamese - English, English – Vietnamese) 

• Record letters, contracts, documents. 

• Purchase stationaries. 

• Support other teams 

• Other works if required by Head of HR & Admin Department.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduated from College or University (formal), major in: foreign languages, economics, law or other sectors, experience in working as Admin &HR staff. Having the training certificate in work skills (training in resource management, secretary, etc,..) would be an advantage.

• Working experience related. Working experience in organizations in the same business sector will be an advantage.
