Mô tả công việc

• Supervising and maintaining the entire range of services offered for the Club Rooms, Suites & Villas, and Club InterContinental Lounge with the aim to maximum guest satisfaction • Set up and inspect rooms for the arriving guests according to guest history and ensuring all features in the room are working and cleanliness is exceptional • Assist Club Manager to review arrival list for all arrivals and VIPs to check room allocations, amenities, and special requests • Assist Club Manager to review In-house list and brief the team to be aware of Club Intercontinental guests • Assist Club Manager to review departure list and arrange due out letters and bill portfolios for next day check out guests • Arrange amenities according to guest profile, preferences or special requests (i.e. Birthdays, Anniversaries, honeymooners, children, etc.) • Arrange flowers where necessary for suite rooms and ensure replacement during guest’s stay • Welcome guests upon arrival, and familiarize them with the different features of the room and the resort • Offer different Butler Services as stated in the SOPs (i.e. Laundry & pressing service, shoe shining, Packing & Unpacking, etc.)

Required Skills –

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

• Good writing skills

• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities

• A high energy level and a passion for achieving results

• Strong Leadership skills in managing teams to drive for results • Ability to manage complex relationships

• A passion for delivering superior results

• Good Interpersonal Skills • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System

• Update knowledge of Front Office, Food and Beverage and Housekeeping Qualifications – Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent

Experience –

2 years of guest service / hotel experience with two years in a management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation
