Job Description:

1.  Answer the phones, handling inquiries 
2. Paperwork, typing 3. Search for more prospects 
3. Responsible for keeping track of all documents 
4. Searching information in Web site 
5. Sending letter, memo to respective addresses 
6. Take care of guests who come in for room inspections 
7. Responsible for ordering office tools and stationary.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated College /in the formal disciplines of hotelier (or equivalent)

- At least 1 year experience in same position.

- Be knowledgeable about the products in four to five stars hotels.

- Prioritizing the candidates has a good relationship with customers

- Sales skills, presentation skills, communication skills.

- Search skills, develop and maintain customers.

- Good skills of persuasion, negotiation, negotiation with customers.

- There are ambitions to the larger goals, perseverance, hard and aggressive.

- Skills in handling situations, honest, creative and hard work.

- Ability to develop and expand new markets possible.

- Ability to work independently, under high pressure and good team work.

- Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative, friendly, patient and determined ...

- Fluency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel.
