DOSM will be in charge of 2 properties which are Novotel Ha Long Bay and Yen Tu project. Novotel Ha Long Bay is the first 4 star internationally recognized hotel in the popular region. Just three hours from Hanoi, the 225 room beachfront hotel is in close proximity to major attractions such as Ha Long Bay and Ha Long Park. Novotel Ha Long Bay enjoys a stunning vista from all angles, and even the outdoor pool with swim up bar overlooks the idyllic bay and an elegant SPA facing to the Bay. Yen Tu project is unique cultural complex including large F&B outlets, museum, retail shops, wellness center, hotel, cable car and many others. It will be a opening project with existing business of cable car ticketing and F&B. It is destinations sales with many activities.
We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated DOSM to assist us our General Manager in both Yen Tu and Novotel Ha Long Bay. The successful candidate will:

MISSION
- To set and meet the objectives, sales target and Achieve targets Revenues both Yen Tu and Novotel Ha Long Bay.
- Develop MICE and Leisure segments for both Yen Tu and Novotel Ha Long Bay
- Identify business potential and upkeepclose contact with former and potential clients.
- Accomplish goals and to adhere to quota as set out in the marketing plan.
- Ensure that the sales team meet clients requirement and that the client service offered corresponds effectively to their requests in each event.
- Entertain supporting and prospective clients when necessary in order to maintain or develop a long-lasting and growing relationship.
- Organize and attend trade shows
- Draw up the Marketing Plan annually together with GM.
- Ensure that the plans for both Yen Tu and Novotel are adhered to and monitor their progress.
- Update the plans if necessary (quarterly).
- Oversee the administration of his/her team
- Destination marketing plan with creative marketing campaigns.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Master Degree in hospitality or Business school.
- At least 5 years' experience in the sector and impeccable knowledge of Sales and Marketing as a similar position.
- English is a must, other language is a plus.
- Knowledge of Vietnam Market is mandatory.
- Vietnamese only
- Should be capable of travelling
