Mô tả công việc

1. Build up identifying the training needs system. 2. Coordinate and track all training being carried out in the hotel on an on-going basis. 3. Raise up order to complete Hotel Monthly Training Plan. 4. Prepare all training materials and documents for training class. 5. Coordinate for room arrangement, coffee break and ensure training room is ready before class starting. 6. Conduct Orientation, Brand Service Programs and other Soft Skills Programs. 7. Follow up Personal Training Competencies List and Employee Orientation Check List. 8. Update Training Attendance Records correctly which include Departmental Training (On The Job Training) 9. Design attractive training activity board and update regularly. 10.Support departmental trainers, and coordinate training delivered by department trainees. 11.Handle local student trainee and international internship trainee program. 13.Prepare Training Monthly Report to Human Resources Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. University Degree. Diploma or degree in Training, Hospitality Management. 2. Significant experience in international Hotels. 3. Experience in Staff Management. 4. Minimum 3 year experience in hospitality industry and in training. 5. Strong in presentation and planning skills. 6. Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office. 7. English: Good communication skills.
