Mô tả công việc

To prepare and serve beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, in a professional manner. Responsible for the ordering and stock control of the bar. Control of all stock within the bar and out of the bar.
Support the operation of the outlet.
Responsible for daily cleaning of the bar.
Control all glassware, maintaining breakage reports, and liaise with the Stewarding Dept. to order more stock.
Undertake additional duties as requested by your Supervisor or Hotel Management.

At least 1 year experience at similar position
Good bartending skills and beverage knowledge
Good English
Able to work in shifts (including late shift)
