Purpose: To assist in the achievement of the Sales department’s sales and revenue targets operationally and administratively.

Key Responsibilities: 

You will support the sales team members by efficiently creating a manual and electronic filing system, creating and maintaining the hotel’s sales agreements, contracts and quotations, conducting hotel tours, and liaising closely with other departments to ensure colleague and guest requests and expectations are met. 

At the same time, you will respond to telephone calls or inquiries and relay information/ messages are accurately to other team members. Part of your development is to be exposed to some of the accounts and follow up sales leads.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Hospitality or Tourism management
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a 5 star luxury property in a similar role
• Great at multi-tasking
• Positive approach with a can-do attitude
• Proficieny in using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT tools)
• Team player and great interpersonal skills
• Eager to develop
• Great command of English language
