• Purpose:

To prepare and drive the hotel’s marketing communications plan to maximise revenue potential, room occupancy, yield and Food & Beverage revenues across all market segments.

• Key responsibility:

You will work within your network of media and non-media influencers to spark interest and drive business to the hotel. Moving forward you will drive the effective management of Hyatt Regency Hotel and the Hyatt Regency brand, advertising, direct mail, collateral, public relations and all communications activities. Priority is to ensure that the hotel is industry leader for average rate and revenue yield in the market, and maintain its premier positioning within the international hotel marketplace.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Hospitality or Tourism management

+ Minimum of 2 years experience in a 5 star luxury property in a similar role

+ Leading and managing teams

+ First hand experience in digital marketing from campaign formulation and execution to understanding analytics

+ In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email marketing & OTA platforms

+ Experience with traditional marketing channels

+ Proven experience of managing relationships with agencies and partners

+ Overseeing budgets for advertising, marketing, and promotions

+ Excellent problem solving skills, strategy formulation, administrative and interpersonal skills

+ Excellent proficiency of English language

+ Experience in relaunching and postioning new hotels will be advantageous

+ Successfully promoting and managing a brand

+ Ensure brand standards are met and adhered to when processing hotel collateral

+ Support various hotel revenue streams (meetings, events, weddings, spa) through marketing efforts
