• To handle all administration work and to ensure the smooth running operation of the department

• Ensure that the stock of stationery items are accounted for and well maintained

• Ensure the cleanliness of the office

• Tracking and follow up documents need to sign to other departments

• Tracking and follow up due date of probation, labor contract, etc.

• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

• Input information of new employee to system

• Prepare check-in for new employee and follow check-out process for resign employee

• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement

• Support and organize hotel employee activities monthly/ quarterly

• Professional working environment

• Attractive benefits that will be discuss directly during the interview

• Strong administration, organizational and filling skill

• Excellence in presentation and interpersonal skill

• Office skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

• Languages: fluent in Vietnamese and English language (both spoken and written)
