Mô tả công việc

-Be the hotel’s “One point of contact” from the initial planning stages until the departure of the group. -Manage all MICE group requests in a timely manner, paying close attention to the optimal departmental targets while having the guests’ satisfaction in mind -Establish leads through analysis of historical information, newspaper information and relevant industry documents -Maintain regular contact and network with Accor ISOs on leads and RFP -Proper coordination with relevant departments by providing detailed information through the Group Resume and Banquet Event Order -Drive Accor’s Le Club Meeting Planner loyalty program. -Identify revenue opportunities for upselling (rooms, banquet and Food and Beverage) in conjunction with the strategies set by the Revenue Maximization team -Engage with guests especially VIPs and organizers of each group. -Research and share market information. -Evaluate guests needs and preferences and recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes as needed -Relevant work experience in Sales or Event Management and basic knowledge in Opera functionality -Have clear and concise written and verbal communication skills and must possess strong organizational and time management skills. -Directly report to the Director of Sales and Marketing

Yêu cầu công việc

- Previous and proven experience in similar job scope. - Excellent knowledge of hospitality industry in Vietnam, especially Ho Chi Minh City. - Understanding hospitality market including customer segmentations, distribution system. - Excellence in presentation, prospecting, negotiation and interpersonal skill. - Communication skills : Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. - Languages: fluent in Vietnamese and English language (both spoken and written).
