Mô tả công việc

- Responsible for primarily supervising FO team members to ensure efficient and smooth operation for producing exellent feedbacks and guest satisfaction.

- Responding in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing and in-house guests by providing accurate and timely information and services.

- Directing and handling hotels charges processed to guests' account, accurate invoices, verified billing instructions and other necessary supporting bills and vouchers are attached for direct settlements.

- Schedule, delegate tasks to Front Officers and supervise daily operation.

- Coordinate with Reservation and Sales & Marketing in following up reservation forecast and special requests, if any.

- Respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding reservation, hotel information and guest concerns.

- Support Head of Department in executing standard operating procedures and support implementation in the outlet.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least one-year working experience in Front Office department with one year work in senior position.

- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills in native and foreign language (English and/or others).
