The role is responsible and accountable for managing all areas of People, Sales Standards and Profits and ensuring the contribution in these areas to the business is maximized, in line with the Strategic and short term objectives of the business. The Cinema Manager will lead the business by driving customer service, developing the site team, and maximizing opportunities for growth. Customer Service Ensures that all staff are trained and practice CGV's Steps of Service and customer recovery. Follows CGV’s Steps of Service at all times. Respond efficiently and effectively to customer feedback to ensure prompt resolution of issues. Implementation customer service improvement programs. Motivate and encourage staff to be customer service focused People Management Provide direction and control for all direct reports. Responsible for workforce planning, recruitment activities, and engaging direct reports in the recruitment and selection process. Ensure all employees are performing in accordance with the required standards of the business. Contribution and collaboration on all Government Health Check initiatives and requirements including the requirement to understand and communicate these needs to the site. Manage the employee performance review process. Develop and coach direct reports and those employees that express an interest in developing a career at CGV. Comply with company procedures when managing employee performance counselling and disciplining activities. Communicate the objectives of the business, marketing campaigns and initiatives, and other general business matters that relate to site employees. Collaborate with Director of Operations and persons related to enable the training and development of all staff including Management;

University graduated Good at Office computer skills Advanced in English Experience at a management level in a similar role or adequate experience within 5 years. Able to work on shifts/ weekends and Public Holidays
