Main responsibilities

 • Build, foster and enhance the relationship with all market segments in domestic market with strong focus on TA/TOs
 • Prospect for potential new accounts and turn them into generated business
• Seek for new leisure market feeders under the direct supervision of Executive Assistant Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing
 • Build a solid and up to date database of leisure and corporate accounts in domestic market
• Strongly cooperate with the sales team to achieve the sales target
 • Strongly work with Marketing & Communications Section to optimize the marketing and brand exposure for The Pearl Hoi An, a Festa Hotel & Resort
 • Work closely with team members in other departments in The Pearl Hoi An, a Festa Hotel & Resort to meet customer needs
 • Conduct and implement the Quarterly/Yearly Sales Action Plan
 • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
 • Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiation
 • Handle VIP corporate clients and VIP Fam Trip personally if necessary and required
 • Check and control daily hotel revenue figures against budgets targets
 • Do market research and provide market intelligence
 • Strive to achieve the revenue targets set forth by the property

Yêu cầu công việc

• BA or MBA in Tourism & Hospitality Management or other related majors

 • Minimum 3 years of experience in 4- 5-star hotel/resort with equivalent role
 • Sales experience in Danang/ Hoi An market is an advantage
 • Excellent in both English writing and speaking (Korean language is an advantage)
 • Proficient in Microsoft Office and PMS
 • Able to work with limited supervision
• Good communication and administration skill
 • Management and organization skills, result-oriented • Strong sales skill
 • Persuasive skill
 • Good relationship with Travel Agents/Corporate
 • Good database of guests is preferable
 • Possess customer-handling techniques
 • Able to co-ordinate work processes in a systematic manner
 • Able to react fast but calmly in the midst of any co-ordination problems 
• Must possess a patient, pleasant personality
 • Comfortable in dealing with all levels of people
