Mô tả công việc

1. HR COMPLIANCE & MAINTENANCE a. Supervise the maintenance of the Employee database system, Employee profiles to ensure that all data is updated accurately and on timely basis. b. Update and supervise the Company’s HR policies and procedures. c. Maintain and regularly update the information of the Government’s rules and regulations with regard to HR and Labor issues then advise the Management promptly on respective changes/amendments of those rules and regulations. d. Handle the administration of Employees contract of Service/ probation/ confirmation/ contract renewal/ promotion/ disciplinary/ termination. e. Coordinate and organize the staff performance appraisal program. f. Prepare statistics relating to absenteeism, turnover and recruitment cost as directed. g. Conducts exit interviews for non – executive staff to obtain feedback on organizational work environment etc. so that any short comings can be corrected to improve the work climate. h. Cooperate with Assistant BOD in the process of application of those Working Permits required (Work Visa, Resident Permit, Work Permit) for foreign staff’s employment. 2. RECRUITMENT a. Advertise staff vacancies, searching candidates on the internet, collect the application forms and select the short listed candidate to make appointment for interviewing. b. Plans schedules and conducts interviews/ recruitment with Hods. c. Develop and maintain an up-to-date and resourceful database of job applicants to support the operational needs of all Dept. d. Ensure timely recruitment of staff to meet business needs, both for current operating units and new personnel requisition. 3. COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT a. Provide the Management with insightful feedback on current market remuneration and actively participate in the review and development of the Employee remuneration and benefit package of the Company. b. Plan and carry out for Employee welfare matters as well as staff’s activities, e.g.: Team building, summer trip, staff party, reward policies...

• Proven working experience as HR Officer or relevant experience in hospitality industry • Hands-on experience with computer administration • Ability to work under high pressure • Good command of written and spoken English
