• Being a point of contact of the hotel for the guests throughout their stay. • Providing the smooth and professional service at each interaction with guests. • Assisting the guests to complete check-in and check-out by following the property standard. • Performing as concierge and operator. • Required to provide positive impression to the guests to exceed their expectation.

• Minimum 1 year work experience as a same position in hotel industry. • Speaking in English fluently. • Be able to speak another language is big advantages • Can work on shift.
