Mô tả công việc

- Ensures that all goods received in the resort are properly supported by valid resort purchase orders - Examines both quality and quantity of goods received in coordination with related department head before accepting delivery - Ensures that goods are promply moved to Stores or the concerned department once received - Ensures that outgoing goods are properly documented and accounted for - Closely monitors with the Purchasing Officer all pending or partial deliveries - Be responsible for recording and distributing reports as required

Yêu cầu công việc

- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in pastry - 1 years related experience or formal training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency. - Problem solving and training abilities. - Able to read and write English
