Mô tả công việc

- Supervising, coordinating and controlling the daily pastry production for the entire hotel.
- Ensure proper preparation and implementation of pastry standards in the pastry area in compliance to hotel’s standards.
- To assist the Executive Chef in creating and implementing pastry standards for the culinary operation.
- Planning and controlling the par stock level in the entire pastry area.
- Ensuring mise en place, production procedures, repair and maintenance, employee grooming and manning levels are in order and takes appropriate action when necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree or related certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience at equivalent position at 4 or 5-star hotels/resorts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Hotel field.
- Strong leadership, training and organizational skills.
- Good English skills (other foreign language(s) is an advantage).
