Mô tả công việc

* Position Function (Brief overview of the position):
- Undertakes all administrative functions in the Human Resources
Department as per standard operating system and Procedure.
- Performs secretarial and office works as assigned.
- Administers, controls and updates all department files and records.
- Provides personnel information and administrative procedures as
requested
- Executes personnel information management system.
* Primary Duties :
A. EMPLOYMENT
- Clarifies Employment Terms and Conditions to all new hires.
- Administration employment document and employee’s personnel file
- Controls employee’s probationary period and performance evaluation process.
- Updates personnel information and administrative procedures as requested.
- Executes personnel information management system.
B. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Administers Personnel Information Change Advice
- Updates employee’s compensation and benefits change record.
- Coordinates with Insurance Company for employee’s insurance claim
- Provides information on compensation and benefits plan.
- Prepares Performance Appraisal Forms for probationer and Annual Performance Evaluation.
- Arranges information for annual salary adjustment.
C. ATTRITION
- Administers attrition process for departing employee.
- Issues Employment Certification Letter for Departing personnel.
- Updated attrition record.
- Controls attrition file and black-listed record.
D. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- Issues disciplinary warning letter.
- Maintain disciplinary action record.
- Assist in organizing staff activities & recreation.
E. GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
- Performs other administrator works as assigned.
- Maintains department’s files.
- Issues Monthly Manpower report.
- Controls stationary and office supplies.
- Coordinates with Line Department on Personnel administrative service.
- Validates list of employees and other personal records.
- Administers Executive attendance record.
- Keeps current manpower movement information.
- To execute other tasks assigned by Human Resources Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree in related field (Business & Administration, Human Resources, English...)

- Have experience in HR at 4- 5 star Hotels/resorts with at least 1 year experience at same position  or 2 year experience at supervisor position or 3 year experience at position of HR executive.

- Strong leadership skill and good training skill.

- Good English skills (other foreign language(s)is an advantage.

- Friendly, hard working, honest, conscientious and can work under high pressure.
