Mô tả công việc

• Provides information for guests within his/her field of competence or directs them to the right person
• Remains polite and courteous at all times whatever customers may request
• Passes on any complaints to the supervisor and/or handles those concerning the restaurant immediately and sensibly, and keeps the supervisor informed
• Helps set up the meeting rooms and areas as required by the hotel, and helps clean and tidy areas and equipment used during his/her workshift
• Keeps working areas clean
• Maintains the stocks of products available for guests

Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the
Company.

 Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government
agency.
Giấy chứng nhận nhận thức về rượu và / hoặc giấy phép dịch vụ ăn uống hoặc thẻ sức khoẻ / thực phẩm hợp lệ theo yêu cầu
của cơ quan chính phủ địa phương.
 Able to read and write English
Khả năng đọc và viết Tiếng Anh
Qualifications –
Chứng chỉ -
High School or Vocational Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
Bằng cấp về Quản lý khách sạn, Ẩm Thực, hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.

Experience –
Kinh nghiệm
 1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of liquor brands, beer,
wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred
 1 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan hoặc sự kết hợp giữa giáo dục và kinh nghiệm. Kiến thức về các nhãn hiệu rượu, bia, rượu
vang, vang sủi, thức uống không cồn, thiết kế đồ thủy tinh, phương pháp trình bày và thực hiện trang trí
