Mô tả công việc

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of and actively sell all food & beverage products available in the Bar
• Follow and adhere to bars and hotel policies & procedures and minimum standards.
• To personally ensure that guests in the bars are receiving the best possible service.
• To be familiar with sequence of service as outlined in procedures
• To have deep knowledge of beverage items as well as food items and be demanding and critical when it comes to food quality & presentation.
• To set up promotions etc. in the various point of sales in due time and according to pre-established specifications.
• Attend department meetings and training sessions as requested.
• Arrive at workplace on time in full uniform prepared with tools and all equipment needed for service.
• Complete any other duties and services as assigned by the Bar Supervisor/Bar Manager. •Maintain daily logbook and conduct informative handover to next shift ensuring that all relevant information is passed on clearly.
• Complete the orders which is sent to Bar station according to Cocktail's Recipe

Yêu cầu công việc

• High school or equivalent education required. 
• 1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred
