Mô tả công việc

1. Handling some purchase documents (Daily Market List, Groceries List, Delicatessen List, Beverage List from all department.

2. Ensure that all quotations are keep up to date.

3. Ensure Purchase History Cards up to date.

4. Prepare monthly price comparison.

5. Ensure qualities of good’s ordered are match the Hotel Standard.

6. Monitor that good’s are receive on time at receiving.

7. Keep abreast with new product which is applicable in the hotel.

8. Makes periodically market survey together with Cost Control, Receiving, and Kitchen Staff.

9. Follow up pending Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order.

10. Perform special duty as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Has good knowledge of Hotel Operation, Focus on cost of food and beverage, Inventor.

- Problem Solving, Customer focus, Motivating and team working.

- Proficient in the use of Micros office.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

- 1-2 years experience in purchasing.
