Mô tả công việc

• Assist in the planning, scheduling and supervision of the daily operations of the landscape team

• Co-ordinate all maintenance of the hotel’s gardens, plants and grounds in relation to the following: o Upkeep of plants in guest rooms and public areas

o Care and decoration of plans and trees around the hotel grounds

o Plant nursery duties including purchasing

o Preparation of plants for all functions

o Watering, pruning, fertilization

o Control of garden pests

o Chemical usage for pest control and garden maintenance

• Manage energy consumption and materials

• Be operationally hands on to ensure that standards are maintained and efficiency of completing work

• Competent in the basic understanding of the pump station including the filtration system

• Competent in the operation of the computerized irrigation control system

• Perform or assist in all irrigation and material application matters, including maintaining logs of application, when required

• Assist Common Property Manager in construction and maintenance of site, where applicable

• Ensure that appropriate files are maintained and resources kept for future reference

• Complete daily reports outlining work undertaken for the day

• Explore and incorporate environmentally friendly initiatives

• Efficient and effective use of recycling methods

• Report equipment problems or failures to the Engineering Department

• Perform tasks that are necessary to keep maintenance facility and equipment clean, organised and safe on a daily basis

• Assist in overseeing the cleanliness of the property, including the cleaning and storing of all equipment

• Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.

• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time. .

- 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
