• The entire guest journey of each Club InterContinental guest from the pre-welcome to the post-farewell. • The overall Guest relations function to deliver a differentiated luxury experience and achieve the highest guest satisfaction to all Club InterContinental guests, IHG Rewards Club members, InterContinental Ambassadors and our VIPs. This is to ensure each guest receives special attention. • Greets all Club InterContinental Guests, rooming as required, and sending off VIP guests. • Plays a leading role to react to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention, personal recognition and/or facilitate service recovery as required to ensure guests’ expectations are exceeded. • Full conversance when responding to Incidents and/or crisis. • Manage the all-day operations and food and beverage services of the Club InterContinental Lounge including the exclusive outdoor Club InterContinental Pool and Club InterContinental Beach Area, • Oversee the quality and training of private and dedicated Butler Services, Housekeeping responsibilities and room inspection of all 145 Club InterContinental rooms, suites and villas. • Work with the Resort Guest Service Centre to ensure all Club InterContinental guest requests are facilitated with priority and within the standard. • Ensuring all staff is properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions, developing and maintaining procedures for all guest and colleague touch-points • Ensure all Safety, Hygiene and InterContinental Brand standards are adhered at all times. • Full conversance of all systems related to the daily operations of Club InterContinental. • Inspects and reviews when required all processes, guest and staff journey touch-points. • Maintain excellent relations and communications with the team members as well as all other hotel departments along with providing function assistance and direction to relevant stakeholders. • Supports and assists Guest Services personnel and all other departments at peak periods. • Assists the Director of Club InterContinental with administration and training for all staff members, performance management and succession planning. • Assist with reports on operational and personnel matters, including budgets, departmental expenses as well as updates and changes made to staffing, service sequences, promotions, events, challenges and successes to the hotel management.

Qualifications Previous Head Butler and private dining manager experience is preferred. Some college plus at least 2 years in an Executive lounge, Food & Beverage or Guest Services supervisory capacity is required.
