As an F&B Coordinator, you will support the daily operations of both the Food & Beverage and Kitchen departments by handling administrative functions, coordinating departmental activities, and providing secretarial support to the F&B Manager and Executive Chef. You will be responsible for performing the following duties to the highest standards:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to both the F&B Manager and Executive Chef.
• Prepare reports, letters, memoranda, meeting minutes, and other correspondence, including confidential documents, while maintaining organized filing systems for both the F&B and Kitchen departments.
• Coordinate and liaise with all hotel departments (including Finance, Purchasing, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, HR, etc.) on behalf of the F&B and Kitchen teams.
• Coordinate daily operational matters, meetings, schedules, and follow-up actions for both departments.
• Process sponsorship requests and other departmental administrative requests as assigned.
• Manage telephone calls, calendars, appointments, and meeting arrangements for the F&B Manager and Executive Chef, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
• Receive and screen visitors, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for both departments.
• Maintain adequate office supplies for the F&B and Kitchen offices and raise purchase requisitions for approval.
• Keep the F&B Manager and Executive Chef informed of VIP arrivals, group movements, hotel events, promotions, and other operational matters affecting the departments.
• Receive, sort, distribute, and maintain records of incoming and outgoing correspondence for both departments.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the F&B and Kitchen administrative offices and office equipment.
• Maintain departmental records, licenses, training documentation, attendance records, and other operational documents as required.
• Assist with coordination of team member communications, training schedules, audits, and departmental projects.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the F&B Manager, Executive Chef, or hotel management to support the smooth operation of both the Food & Beverage and Kitchen departments.
