Position Overview: Be in charge of Hotel accounting with the instruction and supervision of Senior Accountant/Chief Accountant. Major Duties: 1. Control all service revenues of Villa and Hotel 2. Prepare Daily Revenue Report and records related into Accounting Book 3. Follow-up payment advice of Utilities, Management and Maintenance fees of Villa’s owner 4. Issue VAT invoice to Villa’s owner 5. Manage bank accounts, account receivable, Debit Age, Deposit from TO/TA,. Reconcile accounts on monthly basis with relevant departments 6. Maintain corporate contracts and follow up wholes sale contract 7. Check and file vouchers together with other financial document for auditing purposes 8. Account (receipt/ payment) transactions in detailed into software. Maintain complete records of all transactions in accordance with Vietnamese accounting and auditing practices 9. Maintain Accounts Receivable database in a system. Ensure AR collected to be processed according to procedures and hit the target of management request 10. Issue weekly, monthly AR balance and collection’s status to supervisor and client ( TO/TA) 11. Coporate with Sales team and Reception to control AR closely and collect deposit on time 12. Monthly Inventory for Villa /Hotel 13. Share job (Accounting and Purchasing) with Golf Operation under supervisor 14. Perform other tasks assigned by under supervisor

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor of Finance, Accounting 2. Working experiences in Hotels/Resorts is the priority. 3. Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply them in daily work. 4. Excellent use of MS Office (especially in Word & Excel) and accounting software (SAP, PROTEL) 5. Accuracy in keeping records 6. Good communication skills 7. Ability to complete & submit reports timely & at high accuracy 8. Timeliness and accuracy 9. The filling system is clear, well organized and easy for auditor to follow up 10. Solid background of VNese Taxation, strong networking with Finance and Accounting community for update and sharing knowledge. 11. Master accounting skill, problem solving skill & English for accounting
