Mô tả công việc
1. To assist in the preparation of the Department Budget.
2. To ensure that all V.I.P.'s, rooms are checked prior to the arrival of the guest for 100% readiness.
3. To assist in the planning and implementation of the hotel's rehabilitation plans as appropriate.
4. To conduct regular Housekeeping meetings to keep employees informed of policies and procedures, special events, further improvement plans and guest comments.
5. To conduct training courses for new employees and regular "refresher" courses for newly hired and existing employees.
6. To conduct employee evaluations for all Housekeeping employees to review their general performance, discuss existing performance and areas of improvements.
7. To interview potential new employees in liaison with the HR Department.
8. To supervise the department's orientation programmers for new employees to ensure that they understand the policies and procedure of the hotel.
9. To ensure that all departmental reports and correspondence are completed punctually and accurately.
10. To ensure proper control of master keys of the hotel.
11. To ensure proper requisitioning and controlling of supplies.
12. To ensure proper assignments of work to Housekeeping employees.
13. To ensure effective control of linen (i.e. receiving, recording, storage, etc.).
14. Assumes responsibilities of Executive Housekeeper in his/ her absence.
15. Assists in directing the functions of administration.
16. Prepares roster of Housekeeping Supervisor and overseas other staff rosters.
17. Assists in implementing and maintaining the procedures and policies established with Front Office, Food and Beverage, Banquet, Laundry, Engineering, HR, Training, Security...
18. Regularly inspects work to ensure standards and procedures established for maintenance and cleanliness are implemented and maintained.
19. Investigates complaints and takes corrective measures.
20. Conducts continuous on the job training for all Housekeeping employees, especially deviation from the established standards and procedures.
21. Directs, delegates responsibilities for the effective control, record, issue and care of furniture’s, equipment items, operating items, guest and cleaning supplies including their storage.
22. Plans for maintenance and spring clean for guest room and Public Areas
23. And other tasks assigned by Housekeeping Manager
