Basic Functions: To assist and work together with Sales Manager to achieve the forecasted target as per BOD’ requirements, to develop strategy for implement marketing/ research activities to reach the forecasted sales target. Include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. You will be called upon to perform additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely as deemed necessary. Primary Duties: • Identify and seek out prospective client within the sales area, which may have potential usage of the hotel including accommodation and banqueting, seminar facilities. • Evaluate potential clients and propose high qualified caring if it is necessary. • Coordinate, present Sanctuary product with clients. • Assist operations with best practices ideas to ensure clients retention. Be in charge of jobs related to customer services when required. Carry out any other tasks related to Admin jobs designated by Sales Manager. • Support Sales Manager in making the booking then send to customers for their confirmation, after that transfer to F.O to lock up the Smile system when necessary.

Minimum qualifications: • College or higher degree • Good communication in English and Vietnamese • Working in details, well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time • At least 3 year of working experience in same position at Hospitality/Residences Building or Resorts • Highly motivated, service-oriented, warm and friendly personality • Computer literacy: MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel,
