GENERAL MISSION - Report directly to Chief Concierge - Be responsible for the day to day operations of the Bell Man section whilst on duty - Ensure that all of the hotel’s guests and visitors are greeted, attended to and assisted with a level of service that is professional, yet friendly and genuine and second to none - Ensure that guests and visitors are made to feel comfortable and welcome “at home” on arriving and departing the hotel - Be responsible for the timely and careful delivery and collection of guest luggage and belongings to and from guest rooms, cars and Front desk - Be responsible for the efficient logging of hotel cars - Have a complete and thorough knowledge of the outlets of the hotel, their operating hours and the scope of services that they provide - Be responsible and accountable for the correct, prompt and efficient handing and delivery of all guest messages and other items as required to guest rooms ...
