Vietnamese Chef de Cuisine Passionate about food Experienced & Outgoing Reliable & Hard working Smart & Young Does this sound like you? Then we want to hear from you! We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified chef to take over the operations of our Vietnamese Restaurant. Offering a fine dining experience with stunning terrace views that overlook the ocean and overlooking the lounge garden. It features traditional Vietnamese cuisine and Western cuisine as well, with an emphasis on fabulous, fresh seafood caught in the local area with an elegant presentation. It is a dinner only restaurant attached to the lounge which shall be the pre post dining area.

The successful applicant will have previous experience in: Managing an elegant dining outlet as Chef in Charge or as Assistant Chef Setting menus and food pricing Ordering and monitoring supplies Rostering staff HACCP certified Meeting and engaging guests in a conversation is a must Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.
