- Delivering the beverage service of high standard and in accordance with the department's standard and procedures.
- Communicating to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information.
- Establishing and maintaining effectively the employee working relationships.
- Maintaining daily and monthly the inventory.
- And other tasks assigned by line manager.

- At least 1 year experience in a same position in 4 or 5 stars Hotel/ Resort.
