- Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
- Prepares a selection of rolls and breads
- Prepares a selection of specialty items
- Prepares a selection of bread art
- Requisition supply items as needed from storerooms; assist in receiving items and taking inventory.
- Set up work station as required to include mis en place, tools, equipment and supplies.
- Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, safety and health standards. Inspect the sanitation, operation and cleanliness of all tools, equipment and supplies, including ovens.
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time

Yêu cầu công việc
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
- Problem solving and training abilities.
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.
- 2 years experience as a cook or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
