Mô tả công việc

Receive phone calls for booking tee times & customer feedback; update all information accurarely into the system
Coordinate with the Golf Operation Dept. to arrange tee times
Advise customers on the golf course's services, facilities, membership options, and company offerings, providing accurate information and recommendations to meet their needs.
Communicate with customers via phone and email to verify service details
Other tasks assisgned by direct manager or head of department

- Have good appearance and Be initiative, & enjoying working with people.
- Bachelor’s degree in English/Economics with good interpersonal skills
- Considerable knowledge of sales, marketing & business development with effective sales & marketing techniques for golf services & other services related.
- Excellent time management & problem solving skills
- Skills in operating a personal computer & various software packages
