- Accompanying groups travelling on boat, in cave, island, village, …- Giving daily guest presentations providing detailed country information including history, culture, food, and basic language lessons.- Announcing detail descriptions of each excursion- Informing passengers of arrival and departure times at each destination on the itinerary (including ensuring that all members of the group are back on the coach/san pan before departing from each stop);- Ensuring that the tour is running smoothly for individual members of the group;- Responding to questions and offering help with any problems that arise - ranging from simple matters- Dealing with emergencies, such as helping a guest who is ill- Liaising with excursion suppliers, restaurants and other clients;- Advising about facilities, such as sights, toilets, and shops, at each destination- Effectively interacts with guests to obtain feedback on guest excursion- Effectively responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.- Maintains professional attitude when dealing with guests & colleagues.- Meets with CM upon arrival to ship to review guest list to discuss any special guest needs- Must notify contact Office unable to attend scheduled week.- Must notify CM of any incident or emergency- Must wear company uniform when reporting for work
