Job Summary/Overview:
Senior Sales & Event Executive is responsible for managing event calendars, coordinating partnerships, handling customer inquiries, and executing sales-driven campaigns. This role ensures seamless event execution, tracks promotional performance, maintains client relationships, and supports business development initiatives to enhance revenue growth. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the master event calendar and track upcoming events, ensuring smooth coordination with HODs. 
  • Work with partners (chambers, reservation platforms, concierge services, banks) to develop and execute campaigns. 
  • Coordinate with chefs, beverage directors, and the cost team to finalize set menus and promotions. 
  • Assist with big group bookings, private events, catering, special events, and VIP customer requests. 
  • Attend and monitor key events to ensure quality assurance and guest experience. o Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across various platforms. 
  • Oversee Zalo OA and manage customer loyalty programs. 
  • Track and manage reservations from partners. 
  • Find, connect with, and propose new partnerships. 
  • Propose quarterly sales plans and business development strategies. 
  • Track and report on promotional campaigns and event performance. 
  • Manage contracts, quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups. 
  • Assist in venue decorations and setup for holidays and special events. 
  • Manage sales hotline & Customer Database

Yêu cầu công việc

  • English proficiency is a MUST
  • Experiences in sales or event coordination ( F&B, hospitality, or service industry.)
  • Sales-Driven & Target-Oriented: knows how to seek leads, pitch offers, follow up, and convert into revenue.
  • Confident in negotiating, closing deals, and upselling menus, services, or event packages.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships, including VIPs and large groups.
  • Able to handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and speed, across all channels (Zalo, hotline, email, in-person).
  • Actively seeks new partnership opportunities and represents the brand well in external collaborations
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, high-pressure, weekend/holiday shifts during event periods.
