We're looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Service Executive with strong negotiation skills and a passion for F&B to drive event revenue, manage client relationships, and handle end-to-end execution — from proposal to contract — for Tribe Hospitality’s venues.
I. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES:
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue from events, group bookings, corporate and private
- Identify, approach, negotiate with potential clients including corporates, agencies, and private customers.
- Prepare full sales documentation: quotations, contracts, event proposals with clear pricing structures.
- Maintain and grow a strong client network to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Manage and update CRM database, track leads and conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities & stay informed of competitors’ activities.
- Represent the company professionally at networking events and industry gatherings.
- Submit timely reports and sales forecasts to management.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Responsible for restaurant reservations, events, parties & group bookings & planning.
- Coordinate with F&B operations team to ensure successful event execution and high guest satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries, provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Resolves customer requests, complaints through multiple platforms: Fb/ Insta, Google Business, Tripadvisor.
- Support in planning and executing in-house promotional events to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- English proficiency is a MUST
- Experiences in sales or event coordination ( F&B, hospitality, or service industry.)
- Sales-Driven & Target-Oriented: knows how to seek leads, pitch offers, follow up, and convert into revenue.
- Confident in negotiating, closing deals, and upselling menus, services, or event packages.
- Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships, including VIPs and large groups.
- Able to handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and speed, across all channels (Zalo, hotline, email, in-person).
- Actively seeks new partnership opportunities and represents the brand well in external collaborations
- Comfortable with fast-paced, high-pressure, weekend/holiday shifts during event periods.
