HOTEL DESCRIPTION
Hai Phong, the third largest city in Vietnam is also the most important seaport in the northern part of the country. The city is located only a couple of hours from Hanoi (120km).
Mercure Hai Phong is scheduled to open by year
end. The hotel is located 5 minutes from Cat Bi International Airport.
The property include 225 hotel guest rooms and serviced apartments. Other facilities will features 1 ballroom, 6 meeting room, 1 swimming pool, 2 Restaurants and 2 Bars.

MISSION
- To manage the relating beverage services in the hotel – restaurant, to ensure maintaining high standard on service, security and hygiene.
- To analyze information and operation on the same trend and hobbies of the guest and set plan for beverage sales development.
- To set up drink list, calculate expenses – cost of beverage and submit to F&B Manager for decision.
- To set recipe of beverage, procedures of maintenance and serving.
- To check and seriously execute regulations of hotel and F&B Department as well as other regulations of government.
- To support Restaurant Managers in jobs relating to Bar.
- To supervise standard operating procedures on beverage.
- To set training plan for all Bar staff.
- To take part in the selection of staff, evaluation, recommendation for rewarding, punishment, promotion to the F&B Manager.
- To implement daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly report and meeting.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Vocational diploma or degree in hospitality.
- Significant experience in a customer-service position, 2-3 year experience on the same position.
- Excellent skills In Customer Service and Public Relations.
- Leadership and well organized.
- English: good communication skills.
