Mô tả công việc
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise the serving work of waiters and interns in the assigned area. Welcome and serve guests, assist the Captain, Restaurant Manager and other co-workers in daily activities of the restaurant, supervise waiters and ensure attentive service in accordance with the standards in the assigned area.
- To ensure the standard customer service within responsible scope.
- To check responsible area before serving hour, ensure all preparations such as: sanitation, furniture, utensils, table bookings, arrangement…are ready for service. To read shift-handover logbook to take the incomplete work or information of guests and timely handle.
- To check working schedules and follow the compliance of staff within the assigned area.
- To welcome and politely guide guests to their seats with warmth.
- To show menu, take F&B orders, introduce products, give further explanation on menu and make sure the staff serve the correct orders with punctuality and proper service standards.
- To answer phone calls, handle complaints within authority allowed and report to superior or forward complaints to superior in case of beyond authority.
- To ensure the smooth coordination among restaurant, kitchen and other relevant departments.
- To motivate, encourage staff to work in team and support them if necessary, be responsible for serving VIPs.
- To check the bills, ensure the accuracy and punctuality.
- To take feedback from guests about the service quality, send-offs as reference. Check and support the table re-arrangement after guests leave.
- To assist Captain, Restaurant Manager in daily activities, management, to preserve and limit losses, breakage of utensils, equipment, ...
- To participate in training necessary skills for inferior waiters.
- To well handover shifts, to know firmly the condition of thinking and work of inferior staff, to participate in briefing, meetings before working shift, discuss, report and complete other tasks assigned by superior, represent Captain during his absence.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:
- Vocational Diploma or degree in Hospitality.
- Experience in field of Customer Service.
- Experience in staff management.
- Extremely high spirit of Customer Service.
- English: good communication skills.
