Executive/ Assistant Training Manager will assist in implementing the professional development strategy of the resort. To inspire all employees to behave and perform in accordance with the best standards of our brand.

- Assist in identifying the training needs of the resort.

- Coordinate and track all training being carried out in the hotel on an going basis.

Training Operations:

- Deliver resort-wide training courses for all employees.

- Train and support departmental trainers, and coordinate training delivered by department trainees.

- Lead the Orientation process for all new employees.

Required Skills

• Good writing skills

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

• Problem solving, organizational and training abilities

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent

Experience

•  1 years training experience preferably in a hotel of similar size
