Mô tả công việc
- To assist the Executive Chef with the day to day running, the planning and implementation of all new concepts as they are being introduced.
- A flair for food is essential, while demonstrating a superior knowledge of food.
- To co-ordinate the staff rota for all chefs and kitchen porters.
- To train and supervise all new staff in the safe preparation of all food items.
- That all deliveries are cross checked with the purchase order register upon delivery to ensure that all goods received are correct, i.e.; all goods ordered by weight are weighed and by the unit are counted.
- To participate in the formulation and completion of all new menus.
- That all dishes are prepared and portioned in accordance with the recipe cards.
- All standard operating procedures (Sop’s) are carried out at all times.

Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree or related certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience at 4 or 5-star hotels/resorts.
- Strong leadership, training and organizational skills.
- Good English skills (other foreign language(s)is an advantage).
