Mô tả công việc

• Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing in increasing and maintaining high levels of revenue for the Hotel . Strive for the achievement of assigned occupancy and revenue targets.

• Develops the Hotel Sales MICE Plan which accurately interprets the objectives of the business and uses this to communicate and to focus the teams and own efforts.

• Identify MICE opportunities and close high value sales including all activities to develop and maximize room, food and beverage and related sales.

• Maintain market awareness throughout the team, facilitate training to the team to deliver our Brand message to customers.

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and professional service

• Represents Melia Values

• Conducts site inspections and entertainments to showcase the property

• Communicates consistently with Operations team to ensure highest levels of customer service

• Prepares weekly, monthly and yearly reports

Yêu cầu công việc

• South East Asian, Korean citizen or highly experienced individual in South East Asian market (Minimum 5 years hotel experience in Asia)

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics faculty

• Excellent English communication skills in both verbal and writing

• At least 03 years working experiences in sales and marketing MICE segment in Asia.

• Having experience in international 5-star hotels at the position of MICE Sales Manager is preferred.

• Strong capability to work independently and in a team as well as being able to work under pressure.

• Very good presentation skills

• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office is mandatory, Opera knowledge is a plus

• Team Player with supportive attitude
