Mô tả công việc

+ C&B
• Make all reports related to to Social Insurance, health insurance (increase and decrease in number of staff, sickness, maternity)
• Prepare labor contracts for staff who passes probation period and extensions expired contracts

* Calculate salary for employees

+ Employees Relation
• Be in charge of employees relations (organizing team building and outing activities..)

+ Other tasks of HR department

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 1 year working in related field (in hospitality industry would be a plus);
- In-depth practical knowledge of HR-management;
- Proficient computer skills;
- Strong interpersonal, communication, co-ordination and organizational skills
