Mô tả công việc

Co-ordinate the maintenance of all recreational facilities and equipment`s
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging services
Welcome guests to the pool & beach facilities and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience
Assist for any other recreational activities where needed
Operation of the water sport activities and daily guest activities (instructing, informing and assisting the guest)
Participate actively in employee activities
Attend scheduled departmental trainings
Oversee the cleanliness and the daily upkeep of the pool, pool area, beach, health club
Ensure guests are aware of all services and activities available at the pool and beach
Ensure an adequate supply of towels and water are available to guest
Ensure that proper pool testing has taken place prior to guests using the facility
Ensure all guests have registered into the facility
Assist in promoting the facility and organizing special events as required
Taking F&B orders for the beach and pool areas

Required Skills

- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

- Able to read and write English

Qualifications

- High School or Vocational Certificate or equivalent

Experience

- 1 year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
