• Direct/Manage everyday activity, plan and assign work ensuring you always have the right staffing numbers
• Develop your team and improve their performance through coaching and feedback, and create performance and development goals for colleagues
• Train colleagues to make sure they deliver with compliance and to the standards we expect
• Drive a great working environment for teams to thrive - linking up departments to create sense of one team
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments
• Recommend or initiate any HR related actions where needed
• Co-ordinate the maintenance of all recreational facilities and equipment
• Supervise the overall operations and staff during the shift
Responsible Business
• Maintain the facility and equipment/supplies to company standards for cleanliness and safety
• Assist in keeping the facilities and the equipment’s clean, neat and well maintained

• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety (first aid, CPR) training and certifications
• Ensure the uniform and the personal appearance is clean and professional
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
Guest Experience
• Personally contribute to the children`s program team goal of providing fun, educational and caring services to children, in a warm and welcoming environment
• Follow up with the training plan demanded by the management and ensure the team understood and perform accordingly
• Participate in everyday activities at the children`s club and other recreational areas if needed
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
• Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
• Other ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done
• May assist with other duties as assigned by management
Financial
• Help create the department’s annual budget and the setting of departmental goals
• Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on food, beverage, and labour costs….
• Protect company assets
• Process orders or transactions from customers and collect payment as necessary
• Offer a full, varied, innovative, and targeted calendar of activities and events for children who visit the Children`s Club
• Assist the Manager with special projects, events, special classes and parties planning for the children and youth
• Participate in everyday activities at the children`s club and other recreational areas if needed
• Assist the guests in program registration and inform them about the rules and regulations
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
• Anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquett

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education:
Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration / English language school certificate / Psychology
2. Service years in the field :
1 years related experience in recreation operations / children`s activities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Service years in supervisor/manager level:
4. Knowledge and skills:
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Problem solving and organizational abilities
5. Language:
Very good command in English language and Vietnamese
6. Preferred (if required)
