Mô tả công việc

- Guiding and Supervising colleagues' tasks in the working shift

Hướng dẫn và giám sát đồng nghiệp thực hiện công việc trong ca làm việc

- Introducing entertainment services to guests

Giới thiệu và bán các dịch vụ giải trí cho khách của khu nghỉ dưỡng

- Ensure hygienic conditions of equipments including gym, Kid Planet Trekker, Children Entertainment area and water sports.

Đảm bảo vệ sinh cho tất cả các thiết bị giải trí bao gồm phòng tập thể thao, câu lạc bộ trẻ em, sân tennis, khu vực đặt chỗ và các môn thể thao dưới nước.

- Coordinating with other departments for special requests.

Phối hợp với bộ phận khác khi có các yêu cầu đặc biệt.

- Handling guest complaints and escalade to manager if there is any arisen issues for proper solutions.

Giải quyết phàn nàn của khách và thông báo cho quản lý cấp cao hơn khi có bất kỳ vấn đề gì xảy ra để có hướng giải quyết thích hợp

- Coordinating, making plan, guiding indoor and outdoor activities, and sports to guests.

Phối hợp, lên lịch trình và hướng dẫn các chương trình hoạt động, loại hình giải trí ngoài trời và các môn thể thao cho khách

- Assist Recreation Manager in recruitment, training and supervising colleagues.

Hỗ trợ Quản lý bộ phận giải trí trong việc tuyển dụng, đào tạo và giám sát nhân viên

- Managing birthday, sport teams, company's activities

Quản lý ngày sinh nhật, các đội thể thao và các hoạt động của công ty

- Establishing and supervising activities, yoga, Tai Chi, exercises, beach volleyball.

Thiết lập và giám sát các hoạt động giải trí, yoga, thái cực quyền, tập thể dục, bóng chuyền bãi biển...

- Respond to emergency cases

Xử lý kịp thời các tình huống khẩn cấp hoặc nguy hiểm

- Other tasks assigned by manager

Thực hiện các công việc được giao khác

Required Skills:

- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

- Able to read and write English

Qualifications:

High School or Vocational Certificate or equivalent

Experience:

1 year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
