Dusit Princess Moonrise Phu Quoc operate 108 resort style hotel rooms. Our vision is a Thai-inspired contemporary 4+ star resort, offering an upscale product combined with outstanding and individual services to our guests.

An opportunity came up to join our small but outgoing pre-opening team as a Restaurant Supervisor. You will:

- Manage the Restaurant operation achieving business objective through customer focused on service delivery.

- Oversee the implementation of Standards as details in the Departmental standards and procedures manual.

- Adhere to opening and closing procedures

- Adhere to bill paying procedures

- Ensure effective shift briefing are conducted, ensuring all staff are awere of VIPs, special occasions, daily special , emphasis on up selling certain product etc.

- Encourage and motivate staff to provide optimum service during all shifts.

- Provide on the job training to F&B staff and follow up the implementation and performance of the staff in accordance with SOPs.

- Manage the Food & Beverage cost, maintain the waste food at minimum level in the restaurant.

- Well coordinate with Chef and F&B director to discuss the menu, marketing strategies, guest comments and concerns.

- Other tasks and duties will be assigned after being successfully recruited.

You are :

- At least 01 year experiences of the same position in the international hotels

- Senior Restaurant Supervisor at the International Restaurant.

- Good communication in English and other foreign language is an advantage.

- Computer skill and management skill

- Training skill, good organization skill and teamwork
