Mô tả công việc

· The Fitness Consultant is responsible for enrolling new members through internal and external marketing efforts, setting appointments, and presenting to guests by using company sponsored presentation tools. Fitness Consultants generate revenue by exhibiting strong and effective communication skills, and providing excellent customer service to potential, new and existing members.
REPORTS TO: General Manager/Club Membership Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
50% Membership Sales
· Complete Great Start Training Program
· Complete New Hires Sales Training program
· Shadow Sales Team Leader or above during tours, booking appointments and other duties as set by Company
· Assist in translation and closing of membership sales
· Perform New Member follow up calls
40% Lead Management
· Book a minimum of 10 appointments per day
· Achieve a minimum of 5 appointment shows per day
· Obtaining leads within the community using company provided marketing tools
· Generate leads internally through member promotions and events, member referrals and the dissemination of company marketing collateral

Yêu cầu công việc

· 1-2 years sales and marketing experience preferred
· Competitive and self driven
· Must complete company sales training and orientation program
· Good communication skills
· Outgoing personality
· Basic computer skills
· Fluent in English
