Mô tả công việc

- Assist the Chief Engineering in every aspect of the operation as requested

- Report to the Chief Engineering any abnormal conditions noticed at any time with life safety related equipment or installation.

-Supervise contractors under his responsibility for performance, quality of work in accordance with Hotel’s rules and regulations.

-Prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with workload and priorities for approval by the Chief Engineering

-Control and verify all engineering log book.

-Check timely completion of maintenance requests paying particular attention to guest related jobs.

- Assist purchasing office in the purchase of engineering spare parts and materials.

- Assist the Chief Engineering with the preparation of planned preventative maintenance and guest room servicing procedures.

- Allocate work requests, scheduled maintenance and repairs to the Engineering Supervisor.

Coordinate the engineering and maintenance work with other hotel departments.

- Perform duties outside the scope of the position in case of emergency, when called upon.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Responsible, self-starter, capable of handling multifaceted tasks and of working under high pressure.

- Good communication skills, a proactive problem solver. Attention to detail.

- Strong leadership skill

- Honest, motivated and approachable.

- Good knowledge about mechanical, electrical, air

conditioning, plumbing or engineering knowledge.

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents.

- Graduated engineering degree or/and certificate in building, electrical, air conditioning or mechanical management.

-Familiar with local codes of practice and safety regulations.

-Have good knowledge about fire, life, safety system

- Preferably with experience from Hotel industry.
