Mô tả công việc

• Under the guidance and supervision of General Manager, responsibility for the administration of the

hotels Engineering Department includes correct operational maintenance, life safety, fire prevention and physical security of the hotel facilities, building, grounds, FF&E, mechanical plant, appurtenances and installations.

• Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to the General Manager to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the establishment and to ensure that all engineering related facilities in the hotel are correctly maintained to optimal operational efficiency.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education: Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical

Related Work Experience: 5 years working experience in the operation and maintenance of Boilers, Water Pumps, Air Conditioning Equipment, Motors, Kitchen & Laundry Equipment and a basic working knowledge of other fields such as Electronics, Telephone Systems and Water Treatment (Chemicals) Supervisory Experience: At least 5 years in a supervisory position of Building operations, engineering and equipment

and systems maintenance
