· Manage potential customers on an ongoing basis. Research and put into practice any technique to improve the probability of sales.
· Negotiate and propose adequate pricing to maximize profitability in consideration of sales strategy goals. Carry out active sales duties with existing, new and potential customers.
· Develop and put into practice the most effective sales activity and service for each account.
· Sell general hotel products aside from guest rooms.
· Perform preference analysis on client companies. Manage their related departments and head office.
· Analyze and develop the most effective technique for regular sales duties including client visits and meetings in the target market.
· Propose a direction in market research. Perform the research and analyze the data.
· Always pay careful attention to customer opinions. Reflect the opinions and make improvements accordingly. Establish a close relationship with the customers.
· Plan and execute various tours and site inspections to establish a close relationship with customers.
· Make necessary business trips for sales duties and to discover potential markets.
· Monitor the activities of competing companies to collect and provide marketing data.
· Monitor current business activities. Discuss and establish marketing strategies that will maximize the effectiveness of each activity.
· Expand the current business. Establish and put into practice specific business development plans.
· Analyze and evaluate sales and marketing data.
· Analyze the sales mix to research the most effective way to achieve the goals.
